For each time they discover something new, it seems to be more advanced.
I'm surprised that so many of these statues and artifacts can last for that long.
A lot of the carvings are about groups of people.
In 1978, John Romer discovered a treasure of Ramesses XI
Some artifacts were even searched for underwater.

In 1930 also, they discovered 4 statues named, Mersuankh and his family.
The royals usually had a lot of jewelry

-The main character is really smart. She gets many awards.
-I think her brothers and sister are mean because they are blaming her for her mothers death.
-Niang seems like a gold digger because she's wearing expensive clothes and jewelry.
-The explain Niang like at the time in Of Mice and Men when they explain Curley's wife.
-Their family seems very rich.

-Is the main characters Aunt Baba like her mom instead?
-Why doesn't the main characters siblings forgive her already? The incident was only coincidental.
-Why would Chinese women even bound their feet? I think thats gross.
-Why do some of her siblings praise her and some scold her?
