20- End of the book Chinese Cinderella

-I feel bad for Adeline. Shes the only 1 left at school
-Adeline is also sick now with a 104 degree fever
-Im glad she recovered. Now she finally gets to go home again

CHPT 16-17

-Its nice how the brother helps the sister with the life jacket
-Adeline finally has the chance to feel fairness from her aunt
-It's nice that she can finally have fun and not yelled by at someone
-I wonder what will happen when she sees Niang again
-Adeline was lucky! No one yelled at her yet :]

-Was Niang and Father ignorning Adeline purposely?
-Will they yell at Adeline later on?
-Niang just loves showing off her diamonds doesn't she?
-Why is Adelina happy when Niang is talking to her rudely?

-I would never agree to a arranged marriage like Big Sister
-I think Niang was just using Big Sister to get her to marry another man
-Niang is so spoiled
-I think she was sad when they talked about PLT again
-I feel sad for her for getting beat by her dad.

-Why would Big Sister ever marry another man she doesn't even know?
-Why won't Niang just let Adeline have some freedom?
-Why does Adeline get beat by her dad for just going to a birthday party?
-Why doesn't Niang let Adeline keep her coin? Its just a coin.

-Niang is being so cheap by giving her step children bad clothes and her own children better clothes
-I feel bad for the brothers that had to shave their heads
-The step children should be able to eat food like they do
-Their plan sounds like it can actually work
-Niang seems like a scary mother

-Why are the step getting less respect and privileges than Niangs real children?
-How come they can't be served good food like the first floor when they are already rich?
-Did Niang really know about their plans so Niang moved Big Sister down one floor?
-Why did they have to kill PLT? Thats so mean.

5 COMMENTS-

-Niang is still flashy as always.
-I would love to live in their new house. :]
-I think its not fair for them to have no money at all.
-Niang was really mean to the girl who broke the pearl necklace
-I would be really scared if i was lost in a new place and didn't know how to get home

-Why is her dad in hiding?
-Why is Niang so spoiled?
-Why does Niang treat her real children so much better then her step children?
-Why doesnt anyone pick her up?

5 COMMENTS-

-The main character is really smart. She gets many awards.
-I think her brothers and sister are mean because they are blaming her for her mothers death.
-Niang seems like a gold digger because she's wearing expensive clothes and jewelry.
-The explain Niang like at the time in Of Mice and Men when they explain Curley's wife.
-Their family seems very rich.

4 QUESTIONS-

-Is the main characters Aunt Baba like her mom instead?
-Why doesn't the main characters siblings forgive her already? The incident was only coincidental.
-Why would Chinese women even bound their feet? I think thats gross.
-Why do some of her siblings praise her and some scold her?
